Processing Time

All items at 4HG are made-to-order and custom-printed specifically for you. Because each product is created on-demand after you place your order, please allow 2-10 business days for production before your item ships.

Important: The 2-10 business day production time is in addition to standard shipping times. Your total delivery time will be the production time plus the shipping time based on your selected shipping method.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been produced, fulfilled, and shipped.

Shipping Times (after production is complete)

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Total Estimated Delivery: 5-17 business days (production + standard shipping)

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic (United States):

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after production
• Expedited options may be available at checkout
• All domestic orders include tracking

International Shipping:

• We currently ship to select international destinations
• Delivery: 7-14 business days after production
• International orders include tracking via DHL or UPS

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Duties & Taxes For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
