What does "made-to-order" mean? 

Every 4HG piece is printed specifically for you after you place your order. We don't hold inventory — your garment is created on demand, which means less waste and a product made with intention. Please allow approximately one week for production before your order ships.
Can I return or exchange my order? 

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
 How long will it take to receive my order?

Production takes approximately 5–7 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. Standard shipping typically adds 3–5 business days depending on your location.
What sizes do you carry? 

Most styles are available in sizes S–3XL. Size availability varies by style. Check the product page for the size chart specific to that garment.
What are your shirts made of?

It depends on the style. We carry Supima cotton tees, garment-dyed heavyweights, faded staple tees, and Comfort Colors options. Each product page lists the exact fabric and weight so you know exactly what you're getting.
Will my shirt shrink after washing?

We recommend washing cold and tumble drying low to minimize shrinkage. Garment-dyed and pre-washed styles have already been through a shrinkage process, so they hold their size well.
What is the California Prop 65 warning?

⚠ WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including lead and DEHP, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
